AbstractCNC machining line is a semi-autonomous process where the manufacture of parts is done through machining processes like machining, grinding, drilling, milling etc to replace the human errors, fatigue with more accuracy beyond the limit of the human. Today, automation processes is the being the most dominant factor of replacing industries process. CNC machining line is one of the important are which is very important to be shift from semi-autonomous to autonomous process. This research concerns about the autonomous CNC machining line through robotization, pallet system and the conveyer system replacing human operator and making the process fully automated for all day and all night. Firstly, Over view design for the autonomous CNC machining line is build using 3D cad model software called SolidWorks. Secondly, pic program has been introduced to make the system automatic and Human Machine Interface (HMI) was done to analyze the system with the pic programming. Thirdly, Tecnomatix software is used to validate the design, checking the whole process in 3D simulation.
