AbstractWith increasing of competitiveness which based on knowledge asset, many companies have concern that knowledge management methodology is very important and necessary. Many researches have studied and developed framework to help the company earn more benefit from it. Multi-level marketing company is another business which concern with high knowledge asset. With independent geographic and numerous staffs, their operations have made the challenge for successful KM implementation. This company project was part of the assignment of the studying in executive MBA class at Asian Institute of Technology. The objective of this company project is to study knowledge management scheme within the company and then giving the recommendations for filling knowledge gaps between theoretical and practical. Reference with knowledge framework based on the book "Managing Knowledge: Building Blocks for success written by Probst, Raub and Romhardt, the researcher can build core process of knowledge management structured with knowledge goals, knowledge identification, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge utilization, knowledge retention and knowledge assessment. From a result of survey, the report has found the major knowledge gaps consist of unclear management commitment which attached to performance and benefit system, lacking of KM process for implementation, inefficiency IT tool to support, Lacking of knowledge responsible group and barrier culture of unwillingness to share the knowledge. To filling gaps, the report has identified the recommendation of identification of knowledge goals at different levels, creating of knowledge map with transparency extracted knowledge and expert. Besides, with proposed knowledge management software, the company could improve the efficiency of knowledge utilization and retention rate. Knowledge employees, like CKO, were also introduced to company to ensure that the processes were in correct direction. However, all advices must practically implemented and further monitoring and improvement for ensuring that the practical improvement can achieve according to defined KM targets
