| Abstract | Human resource managers are under increasing pressure to become strategic business partners, to help the organization better respond to the challengers of downsizing, restructuring and global competition by providing value-added contributions to the success of the business. Companies and organizations are seeking to use information technology to help reduce the time and resources required for human resource management. Nowadays, with the development trend of information technology, the information technology application in life, Production and business is more and more popular. National Load Dispatch Center - Electricity of Vietnam cannot go out of that trend. The Study emphasizes on the examination a HRIS for NLDC - EVN. Also, this research analyses the current situation of NLDC-EVN in terms of human resource management and defines the need for HRIS, which is considered a solution to manage the organization more effective. The focus of the study is that how NLDC-EVN can launch a HRIS. |
