AbstractOrganizational learning capability has gained the attention of many researchers. It has been found to enhance desirable outcomes and hence organizational performance. However, very few empirical studies have explored the role of knowledge sharing behavior in humanistic performance outcomes, especially in the context of the learning environment. This research proposes a framework exploring the relationship among the variables of organizational learning capability, knowledge sharing behavior, workplace spirituality, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. A sample of 2,419 employees from various industries in Thailand participat ed in this study. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using EQS 6.1 version was used to assess the relationships in this research. Based on the empirical evidence, the results suggest that organizational learning capability acts as a supportive or friendly learning context in helping organizational members share knowledge. In addition, organizational lear ning capability with knowledge sharing behaviors act as the cohesive mechanism to liberate the human spirit toward work. These enhance the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment within the organization. This study’s results shed light on the role of knowledge sharing behaviors as an essential intervention in the learning context. The results also support or ganizational learning capability as the spiritual context in nourishing and enriching the human spirit in the workplace
