AbstractIn civil and industrial construction, the deep basement construction now contains so many r isks and difficult and complicated works. To minimize the risks can be happened during deep basement construction, we should fully and clearly research the hidden risks for this work as well as give out the suitable solutions and how to apply those solutio ns during construction and to reduce the disadvantages of those risks to the minimum. A full and exact research on risks and the method to manage the risks and also the project management during the deep basement construction is very necessary and urgent. This project report studied about project management in high risk basement construction.
