Abstract | When starting to prepare a design project that aim to achieve the highest efficiency for the project, there will be many problems in the project management and one does not know where to start. • How to manage projects to complete on schedule? • How to manage designing to control project cost? • How to organize all team members to achieve project objectives? • How to make buildings achieve design quality? • How to manage designing to meet the owner’s requirements? • How to manage designing to meet satisfaction of the users? • How to manage to minimize the risks of projects? Green Building Projects will require more challenges in management. Project report will focus on researching to solve problems and approaches to control the whole works in the design phase to achieve the high performance for the Green Building project. |
