| Abstract | ERP -Enterprise resource planning is a tool of modern corporate governance. In Vietnam there are not many company apply ERP for their management . Only the large company have resource and mindset to adopt the ERP. The successful case study are not much, and the result are not effective as expectation.ERP is the backbone in the corporate governance . They are integrated allthe function of the enterprise and support the making decision of management board. This report want to clarify the effectiveness of using ERP in wood working project. The study are including the theory and the application in wood working project of SME, Danh Moc co LTD.The author focus in explanation how SME apply ERP in their management , the benefit and obtacscle . The author try to propose some recommendation for applying effectives the ERP in SME in wood working project. |
