| Abstract | In the recent years, Vietnam facesto macroeconomicturbulencethat causesmany negative effects to the economy, especially in real estate and construction field. Being members of construction industry, interior decoration contractors also confront many external difficulties: fall of demand, bad debt, intensive competition...In order to survive inthis circumstance, the contractorsstrive to adopt many methods, such as restructuring, reengineering, market changing... However, the sustainable development way is formulating and implementing an appropriate strategy to create competitive advantage.The purpose of this report is study strategic management in adopting overall cost leadership strategy for interior decoration contractors. The report also proposes a strategic change process for a real contractor, Saigonxanh Corporation, include the firm’s situation analysis, proposed strategy’s formulation, proposed strategy implementation. |
