AbstractA final report concerns about a Quality Management System (QMS) which plays as a vital factor for any companies survived in worldwide free trade in long term. I n order to survive and develop in long term , construction firm s need to satisfy their customers’ requirements and the most important requirement which customers always concern is quality of project. Quality is clearly one of the key - elements of project success. Normally, everyone always concerns a bout quality . Quality promises are given by the owner form the initial of a project by impletion of QMS and quality standards . But in the end, it is not to be much mentioned and little employed. In the case study below, Azura – Luxury Apartment, the QMS is also implement by the owner – VinaCaptital to make sure the Azura project can achieve targets. In this final report , the case study refers to QMS theories and it have emphasized the concept of quality in construction industrial, the Quality Management Sys tem in construction organizations, system requirements for owner’s QMS in construction companies and QMS’s benefits. The case study has given a brief about causes that affect to project quality and basic points to control project quality at construction s tage . It also intends to identify causes that prove a strong mutual relation to quality execution process . The final report introduces a Quality Management System VinaCapital - the property developer for amending to the existing Quality Management System w hich the purpose is to obtain a complete QMS for better managing project quality in the fu ture. Finally, through theories and the case study, an important objective is develop a general frame of implement the Quality Management System in Construction Stag e into next constructions projects in the future.
