| Abstract | In Vietnam quality of life is improved day, demanding needs work quality must also be consistent with quality of life as luxury apartments, luxury villas, commercial centers international level etc.It is the reason thus requiring construction contractors should have good management systems, modern machinery, deep knowledge of the required match. Especially Contractormust have quality management systems through deployment planning and project managingthe implementation of that plan. This thesis aims to research, comparison between theory and practical application. Since then figure out the inappropriate points to improve the quality of work put increasing. Specific set of quality construction plans, the quality of this plan is the input data for the quality management process works. During the construction process will be to deploy the input data quality plan and vice versa inappropriate surgery will need to be innovative and to manage them more effectively. At the same time given the strengths and weaknesses of the process forthe useful advice, improvements. Application of the theory of quality management system to manage quality construction projects for contractors. Find out the benefits of quality management systems and the factors that need to be resolved to lie in the quality improvement contractors. |
