| Abstract | Strategies for the successful the Korea Vietnam Incubator Park is one of the most concern of Can Tho city as this project can improve the local economy, technology foundation of industries in Mekong Delta, enhance the researches and cooperation with academic centers like Universities, Institutes, etc. In literature review, based on the researches of many science parks, high tech parks, technology parks on over the world to figure out the strategies for implementing the Incubator park. The case study of Korea Vietnam Incubator Park is used in this study. The results of this study indicate that there are some strategies for Can Tho city in operating this project, such as choose the major industries to invest in Parks; strong linkage between universities and companies; incentives policies to attract companies to Incubator Park; and cooperate with Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH). |
