AbstractFor managers, the company business strategies is the most important part that have to be determined exactly during the company management and development. Business strategy is the process of identifying actions and allocating resources necessary to carry out the objectives in order to increase profit and competitive position of the enterprise in the market. This case study research about Organization & project development strategies of Cadif investment joint - stock company (CIC), based on the business environment analysis, using strategic analysis models and tools to propose reasonable business strategies for construction company and inferred lessons from strength and weakness that learnt from this case study
