| Abstract | In engineering design project, there are many factors that lead to the success of project such as all the management board must meet the requirement of customer, deliverables must be transfer r ed to client on time as com mitted in progress, the cost for designing, procurement and construction is optimized estimation, quality of designed document is controlled. Beside the technical provision, the control of project keeps the major part in execution of project. The duty of project controller not only control the progress meeting the schedule as planning but also keep the main role in so l ving all matters appearing during the project. The responsibilities of quality engineer is pre paring all the format template of document and drawing form; checking deliverabl e format, numbering, revision... befor e delivering to customer for reviewed. Document controller also keeps the important role in dealing with deliverab le, such as: transferred all document s for reviewed and approval, prep are all the final documentation, cooperated with quality engineer in checking the status of document such as revision, numbering, fo rmat.
