AbstractThe period of integration in the early of century let has created the opportunities of strong growth to the Vietnamese architecture. The period of time from 2002 to 2008 was the heyday of Vietnam property business. In this time. the international architectural firms have penetrated into this young and large market, at once this was seem the perfect junction for the local enterprises. On the other hand. the growth rate had plummeted so to create the greater competitiveness since 2008. Furthermore, ASEAN agreements on human migration (ASEAN Agreement on Movement of Natural Persons) had been signed in the end of March 2013. In addition. the ASEAN countries began bustling with activity in preparation for the establishment on December 315? 2015 of the ASEAN Economic Community - a turning point marking the comprehensive integration of the economies of Southeast Asia. These also yield the greater challenges and chances for the local companies and to give moreover the occasion to work in the international market for architects. Even so. they are still stolid and also have not prepared their baggage when the deadline 2016 is closer and closer. Hence. aiming to deal confidently with the case. they have forced to meet the international conditions of organization and architectural management. This thesis concentrates to research Total Quality Management as well as to adopt it to the practical needs of Vietnamese small architectural firms.
