| Abstract | Design Management is becoming more and more important in the construction industry. Projects are being more complex with a lot of high requirements from the Investors. These require partnerships between designers, customers, constructors and other relevant parties. Good implementation of Design management will result good product quality to the Clients. This report focus es on the Integrated Design Management in the design process, this is the approach that concentrates more about the collaboration in design teams . The scope of study is limited in design consultants firm in Vietnam. By reviewing researches and studies relate d to this field and with a case stud y of Hospital project in Binh Duong new city, Integrated design management strengths and weaknesses will be investigated and analyzed. Some recommendations will be discussed based on the reviewed knowledge in order to improve the quality of design manageme nt in the construction project. |
