| Abstract | Nowadays, there are many countries joining WTO, which means the world market is developing by days. It makes popular market for every countries with advantages included manufacture, exporting, importing, etc... When the economic develops, it involves going up in fields such as: construction, travel,etc...Investor has a lot of changes to find “new place” where government tries to attract business man to invest and develop their business. However, there are also disadvantages, which make difficult such as competition among companies, among countries to introduce their products to usersWith above advantages and disadvantages, it is easy to understand that products brought to customer must be the best one. So quality problem is always the first criteria for business. If form of product is attractive, quality of product will decide position of company in their heart. And if marketing brings customers to company, quality management of product will keep them to stay with usIt is quite right in construction, investor always needs best buildings suitably with their money paid and intense competition of construction corporations, contractor understands the importance of quality and satisfaction from owner. So project quality management is always cared and carry out carefully. There are lots methods of quality management and every company will apply different methods to manage their project quality as apply ISO system, a quality management system used worldwide or the other.In Vietnam in years recent, there are a lot of foreigner investors coming and do investment and poor project quality is criticized on newspaper everyday. These make contractors concern actually and implement project quality management seriously in order to change picture about Vietnam construction quality in view of users and investors. |
