| Abstract | Each successful construction project needs to meet with these main points: complete with the assigned time, spend lowest budget and bring highest quality. Besides, the core factor makes project operation effective is a good management of project scheduling, and a scientific general master plan. The project schedule is the very important guide, a roadmap of how the project executed. Besides it shows the way how to have the most compatible project schedule with the project, how to combine effectively and utilize all the resources in a project to make the project successful or not. This report focuses on literature review of project scheduling and resources management theory. It also points out many common methods to manage the project schedule in the world and Viet Nam. This report studies the schedule management by integrate between schedule management and resource plan in a construction project in Hanoi, capital of Viet Nam. The report also points out strengths and weaknesses during deploying project and how to apply lessons learnt to restrict risks and losses for the following project. Then, suggest some effective solutions for manage effectively construction project by integrate of schedule project and resource plan. |
