Abstract | As one of the development cycle, for 4recent years, construction consultancy market in Vietnam is facing the impact of the economic crisis in domestic and internationally.Accompanied by economic crisis is the seriously deterioration in construction investment and freezing of the real estate market. Therefore, the competition between consulting firms and the the problems that arise to ensure the survival and development is more and more fierce. In addition, due to foreign companies to participate more in the field of construction consultancy in Vietnam is the cause of a decrease in the market share of the domestic consulting firms and increase the competitiveness.The statistics of the Vietnam federation of civil engineering Associationshows, 30 percent of construction consulting firm had to bankruptcy or suspension of operations within 2 years from 2012 to 2013, most of them are small private company.The purpose of this report to study the application of strategic "differentiation" for the construction consulting firms in general, this report also proposes a strategy change to applicableforVietnam national construction consultants Corporation, Construction consulting firm, including the firm situation analysis, the proposed formulations and solutions development organizations to implement the strategy proposed. |
