Abstract | In construction projects, risks has been recognized as the most important aspect in management process in order to achieve the project objective in term of time, cost, quality, safety and environmental sustainability. On project management aspect, what I focus to study is how to achieve successfully the project target. This report aims to identify the project risks on design management aspect impacted by planning stage which could affect for other next stages. Risks spread through the whole project life cycle and many risks occur more than one phase, with the construction phase as the most risky phase, followed by the feasibility stage. It is concluded that clients, designers and government bodies must work cooperatively from the feasibility phase to address potential risks in time. The Caesar Palace is the case for this report, it is located in heart of the center of Ho Chi Minh city, invested by Nguyen Kim co. Ltd and, a mix-used luxury apartment project |
