Abstract | Beside Quality Management system, Cost Control system, Safety Management is one of the most important considerations in a construction company. A good safety management system can help reduce incident/accident rate and prevent risks and hazards of organization. A good management system is not only increase efficien cy , improve pr oductivity and service quality but also is develop the prestige of the company. Sa fety in construction is always a big matter. Especially the safety management system must be ef ficient and minimize incident/ accidents /risk/hazard as low as possible. Despite of many improvement of safety of construction recent years , the accident in Vietn am is still higher than other countries in Asian . Hochiminh ci ty is one of the biggest developing economic cities in Vietnam. It now need s to build a lot of infrastructure construction s vital for social demands . There are the rising number of construction s and the higher incident/ accident in real life. There are many reasons and causes of increasing rate of incident/ accident and one of important causes begins from internal factors of company. Through evaluation of case study of Saigon Transport Project Com pany, I want to improve our safety management system to reduce the accident rate of my company and build our safety culture steps by steps . |
