AbstractNowadays, construction projects have become more complicated and the construction industry has also become more specialized in the context of being one of the largest industries in the world, including Vietnam.BIM technology (Building Information Management), with many significant benefits, has been adopted in construction industry at many countries the world recently. As comparing with the Project Management concept, which I have been learned from MPM course –AIT, I wonder myself if it is possible that BIM can help project management to increase productivity in the construction industry, as well as how it can be in detailed to get the full potential benefits from BIM technology. Throughout researching and referencing, this project will try to analyze the expecting from the framework (BIM-PM) based on the lessons learned from case studies and conducted interviews are developed to clarify these concepts capabilities.
