AbstractProject financing are using to raise funds for BOT project s under PPP scheme instead of traditional corporate financing. However, project fina ncing has its own setbacks. One of those is various types of risk exist s throughout the project life cycle , especially , economic risks. In those uncertain conditions, a BOT project will survive or fail? One of methods to find the answer for this question is Scenario analysis. In the main parts of this report, the financial model for National Highway No.45 BOT project prepared by consultan ts shall be investigated to find its strengths, weakness and recommendations . Scenario analysis method shall be applied to analyze financial viability and creditworthiness of the project . Finally, from drawn conclusions, improvements on BOT financial model for road project are proposed. However, before discussion of above contents, literature review will be presented first . In conclusion part , some recommendations on how to improve investment plan of National Highway No.45 BOT project in term of financial viable, creditwo rthiness, profit for sponsor, concession life and supplementation of regulations and appraisal procedures for BOT project are given.
