Abstract | Building information modeling (BIM) is used in many sectors, especially in the field of design and construction (AEC). A building information model is the result of the modeling process by which the model works information including data design, build, maintenance works and information concerning these subjects reflected in how the different situations (AGC BIM Guide, 2006).The application of performance technology BIM can provide many benefits for a project, the value of BIM was illustrated through the effect for a project: increase the quality of the design process by the intuitive and reflect the detail step by step design, quality assurance as well as the progress the cost of the project, best serve the needs of extraction used in the operation phase of the project stakeholdersA BIM application project efficiency is the combination of tight between the applicationsof advanced techniques along with the project plan, assigning as well as understanding the specific needs in each stage of the project. The problem posed is the coordination will be conducted as to how the role and duties of the subjects involved in the project to find out how to prepare the resources as well as giving the plan BIM works best when the deployment project.In time, the country has developed the application in numerous projects and BIM has achieved much success. In Vietnam, many transport infrastructure projects have been and will be developed, based on that, this thesis will go into BIM system research to bring out the benefits, difficulties when applied BIM technologies and devise solutions, manage the process, enters in the planning infrastructure projects in Vietnam. |
