| Abstract | The government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, change to release centralization of government to private sector panticipation especially for the infrastructure construction . Current construction industry ws mostly excute by government organization. Myanmar‘s construction industry try to set up the new and perfect rules and regulations for private contractors.This case study are the practice of administration to pravite contractor , under control of Ministry of Construction. In the contract, there are a lot of strength and weakness. This report has been analysed based on the administration system and operation on theconstruction of the project .
