AbstractAccording to this study project we took one of major pillars of management that is motivation. For the case study our scope and boundaries are the employees of DISCOs for gathering the information for our primary data, we used close ended questionnaire met hod of research. We conduct the research on DISCOs employees through above mentioned method. After that collected data was analysis on computer based software and results were compared with different theories of motivation. On the basis of results it is recommended that motivation levels are very important in getting the high performance from the employees by giving them proper incentives, compensations, job satisfaction and due promotions.
