Abstract | The project is based on the current prevailing system which is manual system and is creating many problemsregarding overburden of staff, increasing public complaint as well as monitoring problems regarding recovery. This system is not only creating problem for the company but also posing problem to the respected customer. In order to eradicate these problems, I have studied many journals regarding billing in electricity departments of the world and proposed a billing system which will reduce the timing from reading to billing and billing to payment. This will also help in improving the better image of the company in the eyes of public, reducing burden on officials/ officers and help in improving the monitoring of recovery which will ultimately results in recovering the circular debt problem of company and help in reducing the load shedding problem. |
