Abstract | Globalization of the world economy, innovative business concept and technologi cal changes and acceptance of new technology by people have encouraged the companies to internationalize their operations at an accelerated pace. Limited market in home country, Denmark and other many drivers for globalization are imperative for Livejob to expand in the new market to quench the needs of the people and make business sense of its innovative ideas. Livejob, a small hi-tech firm providing HR solution to corporate through its innovative products and services wants to take its employer branding product to Indian mar ket. In this paper, focus is the study of the attractiveness of the Indian market for Livejob. On the basis of the analysis presented in the paper, it is concluded that India is a lucrative mar ket for the Livejob. Going further, the recommendation is to exploit its existing strategic business partnership with its global business partners like KPMG and builds a robust market entry strate gy to increase the market share. Business alliance with local partners is quite useful to mix well with local culture and demand. The study has been done through secondary data available on inter net, research papers, books, library and data available with the company. |
