Abstract | Due to the economic crisis since 1997 and the economic slowdown worldwide, particularly in Europe, New Zealand, and Australia which are the main markets for man) industries and exports, the industrial sector has faced a serious problem such as: sales declining, high turnover rates, and lose many clients which these factors cause many industries to shut down themselves because of bankruptcy. This study focus on SWOT analysis for THAN CO.,Ltd. Which it is local heat-exchanger and coils for air conditioning and refrigerator parts. From the study, it was founded that SWOT provides a framework for visioning by helping the planners to identify and prioritize the organization's goal and to further identify the strategies for achieving them. Functional approach is one of the studies about the external and internal factors that is important to see that a functional approach, regardless of situational differences, focuses managers on basic business functions leading to a more objective, relevant internal analysis that enhances strategic decision making. After finished all of these parts, SWOT analysis determine how to make the fi:m achieve its objective, solving the problems, and the possible methods to minimize risk and how to solve the problems. |
