Abstract | Toyota Motor Thailand as a foreign invested automotive company in Thailand, having a HRD project as employees exchange program among affiliates, has faced with the ineffective appraisal system to evaluate employees whom going to be a candidate to attend this international program. The infra company transfer program called ICT yields benefit to employees not only compensation but also opportunity to develop and promote to higher level. Most of employee is eager to acquire an opportunity while the vacancy is limited each year. Therefore, managers should make decision by which the criteria and direction comply with home company and subsidiary accomplishment. This study is focus on the optimization of current appraisal systems of Toyota Company, and discusses way to improve Exchange program appraisal systems then the guideline for decision. |
