Abstract | Jaansi IT Solutions and Services (JISS) is a budding organization that offers innovative solutions to institutions. One of the initiatives by JISS is to enable schools with IT service which will reduce paperwork and improve the speed, accuracy and consistency with which school operates. This would be useful to all the stakeholders - teachers, students, parents, administrator and government, of the schools. It would make the process of data collection and distribution faster, simpler, systematic and organized. To achieve this objective, project is divided into 3 categories New market development – Identifying potential clients (schools) and convert them to clients. Requirement gathering and initial setup – Understand the needs of clients and customize/prepare the system for that particular school Training and development – Provide appropriate training to the participants of the system Each of these sections would touch upon either of the two important management theories, Importance of Social Capital and Inertia towards Change. |
