Abstract | Textile Industry in Thailand faces the dilemma of worker condition. Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is potential benefit to improve organizational performance effectively. The purpose of this study investigates the Impact of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) on Organizational Effectiveness (OE ). A total of 354 questionnaires were sent to the random sampling frame by mail. About 63 usable returned questionnaires were obtained from the survey conducted during December 2012 - March 2013. After the follow up by phone, fax, emails, and online survey, about 63. Descriptive statistics were used to analyse the data collected. Based on the statically analysis, it is founded that HRIS has positive impact of HRIS on Organizational Effectiveness. It is recommended that firms that already use HRIS should try to utilize more effectively the software or the system in use. To achieve the higher effectiveness, firm should provide HRIS training to employees. Consequently, t his study is small observation to further study in potential benefit of HRIS not only satisfaction but also how useful in real practice. |
