AbstractAlthough online banking was adopted for long time ago in other countries, it will be very new for Myanmar due to several reasons. Recently some Myanmar local banks had launched online banking system and the rest banks are also trying to offer that new service very soon. On the other hand, people are not familiar with banking processes, however , they used to apply internet in their daily life and work. Thus, this paper aims to examine customer s’ awareness toward online system among Myanmar people. Moreover, it target s to figure out significant factors that influence on customer perception to online banking system in Myanmar. This paper can fulfill customers’ perception and bank s can refer to it for betterment of service and business activities related to online banking in Myanmar.
