Abstract | Security is an important problem nowadays, especially outside security of important building like banks, underground stations, and military stations. In most video surveillance systems, operators take a seat in front of the screen and watch for abnormal behavior. It is not an interesting job and sometimes operators get distracted. Important events can occur at that time. I propose work on an automated computer video surveillance system that acquires video, tracks objects, and analyzes objects in order to automatically detect abnormal behavior and notify operators to take action when they occur. |
