AbstractDue to some troubles occur in the presentation season especially in the end of semester. This research study is to develop a system use to generate presentation schedule system for students. This application developed by PHP language with Google calendar API v3. The application required URL of Google calendar of advisors, students, and presentation room.It can be specify period of date and time presentation, and so does presentation interval for each student. Then, the application system finds maximum matching by using Hopcroft-Karp algorithm and generates time schedule for all students. In the future, this application can be improved by moving it to cloud technology and using new version of Google calendar API.
