Abstract | There are several formats of medical image file created from medical scanned process such as magnetic resonance (MR) or computed tomographic (CT) scan. These image files cannot be explored generally like other image formats. Most hospitals print them out. It makes cost of film sheet and storation. File conversion from medical file format to general image format have got the trouble of file quality and loss some ability of medical file. Moreover, difficult accessing and viewing of these medical files do not make enough convenience. This study aims to make the visualizer of medical image format on browser base on WebGL technology. This visualizer can show medical image in both two and three dimensional. The work includes neccessary tools which are zoom, rotation, color adjustment and bright-ness/contrast control. For DICOM file that is wide used standard file, the information em-bedded in the file will be extracted. Moreover, three dimensional model can be constructed from multiple two dimensional DICOM files. |
