Abstract | The innovative utilization of e - service reformed t he government system and business to access information and services conveniently. Moreover, t he success of e - service can be accomplished by the enormous present of online business and government e - services. As the requirement of management and technology approach, a lot of researcher examine different types of criteria and facts which can influence the success and failure of e - services. In this respect, t his research identifies performance characteristic of government e - services in two countries: Thailand and Myanmar. The reason is that the performance of government e - services are identified at the national level of government. Among the different types of e - services from Myanmar and Thailand , the most two similar services ( e - Visa service and e - electricity billing services ) are compare d and analyzed by using Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP) method based on criteria. Finally, this AHP method evaluates which criteria is the most important and which service is the best among two countries. Briefly, government establish es the government websites and e - services to be much more convenient, effective and efficient services between government and citizens. To sum up , this research intend ed to measure how much these government e - services are convenient and useful for the citizens in both countries. |
