| Abstract | Commerce involves act of exchange and for this contract needs to be created. Thus, contract law is required for any commercial transactions. Since, there are various contract laws and disputes; it is often hard for researcher to classify them properly. There are many factors which can result in a dispute in contract. A system is developed to support users to intelligently search and analyze of relevant information of past contract dispute cases where the cases are classified according to their types and locations. |
