AbstractThis research describes two integration methods for the e - commerce platform. The proposed method produced a different result by combining different component into the system. Plug - in extension is pu t into existing open source e - commerce platform to extend its functionality. Plug - in extension can provide functionality itself or can just connect to alternative backend server to solve the problem. Backend server implements web control panel, web service and system service to handle the input and output to external mobile network. System evaluation also been taken hence showing that by providing an alternative backend server we may attain higher level of functionality and extensibility.
