AbstractToday, there are numbers of in-coming and out-going email messages through the mailbox of each user in email system every day. It is difficult for the database administrators to determine the significant messages or email users in email system without knowing the message’s contents because in the email system contains lots of email data which email dataset called “mail logs” or “logs file”. Enron email dataset is used in this research according to it was made public by the “Fed eral Energy Regulation Commission (FERC)”. This research study aims to find the signif icant messages and users in Enron dataset by analyzing email transactions. The two data struct ures were applied in th is research including “multi-digraph” and message’s flow. Multi-digraph is used to represent the relationship of email users and message’s flow is used to re present transaction of a message. Finally, apply the Scoring Models to determine significant messages and users.
