AbstractWith the need to reduce carbon emissions and the dwelling reserves of crude oil, liquid fuels derived from plant material (bio fuel) are an attractive source of energy. Biodiesel is an alternative fuel produced from renewable resource like vegetable oils, animal’s fats and most recently algal oil. Many microalgae naturally have high lipid content (20%-50%) dry weight. spirulina is one of the fast growing microalgae with high lipid content and carbon dioxide sequestrations ability. Growth condition, oil extraction method from biomass. Production of Biodiesel from Algae (spirulina) and the impacts were taken in to consideration by research considering Earth Nutritional protenus Corporation as a case study which is located in California, USA established in 1981.The present research study presents the finding of (LCA) of biodiesel generation from algae and also tell about the environment impacts of generating 1MJ of Biodiesel on environment. To execute the results SimaPro software of version 8.0.5.13 was used with a functional unit of 1MJ.Which is nothing but a functional unit of Heat. In this study the major part of emission are from electricity. The negative score to a component means is having positive impact and the reverse part is negative impact which is nothing but a vice versa. The overall results of the present study as per the Recipe endpoint method. Characterization of Biodiesel from electricity without avoided emissions and with avoided emissions are it was identified that human health 4.58E-9DALY,resource. 4.92E-5$, ecosystem 2.77E-11species.yr/p/yr and-7.53E-7 DALY,-4.16E-9$, and -0.00524species.yr/p/yr. The single score tell that the total emissions from a product for producing 1MJ of heat from biomass was -0.000117pt with out and -0.0168Pt with Avoided emission in Earth Nutritional protenus Corporation company.
