Abstract | The purpose of this research study is to provide the local engineers with a clear understanding on distribution of soft clay in Tien Giang province and its strength an important along highway. Among the geotechnical properties, the undrained shear strength is extremely important as it decides the building cost and degree stab ility of construction. This research carried out a very detailed study on distribution of the undrained shear strength (Su) based on correlation of Water content, Vane shear and CPTu test results. |
