Series Statement
AbstractThe recycling paper quality plays an important role in paper industry. There are many factors effect on paper quality such as re fining, filler contents, and fibers chemistry components. On this research study, the purpose is to recognize the role of fines content on the quality of recycled paper. The change of fines content may effect on the paper properties. Thus, this research was carried w ith and without white water recirculation and handsheet made without fines content. The results of research show the effect of recycling on handsheet properties, surface roughness, and air-permeability after recycled in different process. The strength properties of handsheet increased after each recycled times in case of handsheet made with white water re-circulation and handsheet made without fines. The strength of handsheet made without white water recirculation has reduced it strength properties. Moreover, the handsheet made with fines content offered better strength properties, smoothness and air permeability than the paper made without fines content. Thus, the recycled handsheet made with white water recirculation has offer better handsheet properties than the handsheet made without white water recirculation and handsheet made without fines.
