AbstractThe purpose of this study was to exam me the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among retail employees based on the 13 sample retail firms in Thailand. Participants comprised 372 retail employees who completed the job satisfaction survey and rated for their citizenship behaviors scale. The result finding confirmed that overall job satisfaction and its components were significantly correlated with OCB (ranging from = +0.296 to +0.494) which was quite consistent with other previous empirical results. Moreover, multiple regression procedure has suggested that job satisfaction with work itself, promotional opportunities and coworkers are important contributions to OCB prediction of retail employees in Thailand in which these predictors can account for 26 percent at the 0.05 significance level
