AbstractThe mismatch of job and person who does the job is considered a big problem in the company which will increase the turnover rate and raise up many costs both direct and indirect costs. In order to reduce the problems, the companies need to know what exactly their employees need, and then serve them with the correct points. This research is conducted by surveying the international BBA students in the 10 universities which consist of various ranking in order to know their job expectations. Then, the researcher will analyse those data and conclude in the aspect of key factors for decision to join, and those will reflect the strategy that the company should process in order to attract the employees.
