| Abstract | Thedevelopment ofintegrated supply chain of precast concrete productsmodelin Pakistan,construction industry helps better in procurement, production, inventory, relationship and logistics managementin supply chain management of concrete products.In Chapter 1, I have explained the importance of integrated supply chain management for concrete products in construction industry of Pakistan, and related problems are identified in supply chain management. In Chapter 2, I have reviewed key literature and developed a questionnaire. In Chapter 3, I have explains my research methodology framework and practical supply chain model development techniques and details have been used. In Chapter 4, I have presentedmy collected data, analysis and discussion on collected data from supply chain of concrete products companies in Pakistan, by using SWOT analysis tool of analyzing. By using SOWT analysis 5 main departments are analyzed, those have a relationship to improve a constructive and efficient supply chain of concrete products.Chapter 5 gives an overview on findings, conclusion and recommendation forfuture study. |
