Abstract | Construction organizations are enduring with a problem of expanded failures and liquidations than different commercial enterprises. One of the prime reason of such failures is poor administration framework and most particularly inappropriate administration of assets. The researcher concentrates on the significant investigation of the undertaking enterprise management practices in Afghanistan construction industry and its adequacy utilizing using a qualitative research approach. The studies initiates with the literature identification of the key parameters that influence enterprise management in construction enterprise operation. These parameters gave premise for theoretical framework advancement for contextual investigation examinations. Qualitative Study is led to recognize the basic income issues. In the case-wise examination of individual selected organizations is directed to comprehend existing practices. Crosscase and strength & weakness analysis are conducted for analyzing effective of the existing systems. The qualitative research results discoveries are incorporated toward the end of the study to get research results which are used in a joint effort with the business proposals for the advancement of the enterprise management frameworks applicable in the momentum business flow of Afghanistan. |
