AbstractNowadays, the using of information technologies are well developed in construction industry. Electronic bidding is one of the application which widely used in many countries especially in public construction projects. Thailand has been implement fully electronic bidding process in 2015 which expecting to improve the process to be more efficient and transparency. However, the impact of electronic bidding still not be clear and have less research conducted to study. This study focus on 3 main aspects regarding to impacts. First, impacts of contractor’s bid behaviors which change after implementation of E-Bidding system including of project selection and bid mark-up decision, also It have been conducted by using quantitative analysis. Second, impacts in bidding process which have changed after implementation. Third, the possible bid behavior approached. Last two aspect has been use qualitative study in order to explore and gathering information from experience people in industry. Also, scope of the research mainly focus on small to medium contractors in Thailand which mainly participate in public construction projects. In research finding, the electronic bidding process can significantly improve bidding process in many aspects, time and cost saving, efficiency of bidding process and more transparency.
