| Abstract | This is the thesis done in order to improve knowledge regarding BOT project and it is done with the help of a case study base in India. In thisthesis project all the various contracts made between the parties are explained and how are they managed in between are described and through proper flow process diagrams and in the later stages risk pertained in these type of projects and particularly for this project is identified and also the strategy to mitigate them are explained in the amicable way. This gives a clear picture about what’s going in the BOT projects and the prevailing issues in them. |
