AbstractThe construction industry is a dangerous job when compared with other sectors because the nature of construction projects is very complicated. Many of the activities within the construction industry are associated with accidents and d iseases. In depth, this study concentrates on the factors effecting the worker safety behaviour and factors effecting workers safety behaviour from like organizational factors and personal factors. Therefore, this study was carried out to ident ify the factors that affect the workers safety behaviour. To a chieve the objective of the study two main factors were identified effecting workers safety and there are eleven sub factors in organizational factors and twelve factors in personal factors and three factors in worker safety behaviour like safety communica tion, safety participation, safety communication. The study was conducted through Quantitative Research. The main objective of this research is to find either organizational factors or personal fa c tors highly effect the worker s safety behaviours and to ana lyse whether personal factors acts a moderating variable in the relationship between the organizational factor and safety b ehaviour of worker . Moderation analysis is done by additional plugin called as process M arco . The Questionnaire Intends to s eek a nswe rs f rom the w orkers, Safety Manager, S afety Engineer, Safety officer of the project.
