AbstractThis research focused on the critical contractor’s stakeholder management factors affecting the project performance of the construction project of Myanmar. It reviews about the stakeholder management process in construction project and the effect of the critical stakeholder management factors on the project performance in the building construction in Myanmar. Project performance is measured in time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. Data was collect from individual’s respondents (project director, project manager, construction manager, site manager and others) 163 respondents through the questionnaire survey. A survey is conducted in Yangon and Taunggyi, Myanmar. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis is used to fulfil the research objectives. The findings of this study indicate that the critical contractor’s stakeholder management factors have significant effect on the performance of the project.
